I have a coffee vinegar that I purchased about a year ago that has remained unopened. Any suggestions would be welcome.

I had some espresso balsamic vinegar that we tossed with strawberries and served with vanilla ice cream. But sometimes I just eat it by the spoonful after dinner.

Drizzle it on salad, especially one with any kind of beans- doesn't even need olive oil.

Hi, I love my coffee vinegar, it's best to splash on vegetables prior to roasting. Paricularly good on mushrooms, brussels sprouts, and sweet potatoes.
