I have a question about the recipe "Nach Waxman's Brisket of Beef" from Genius Recipes. Is it possible to finish the brisket in a slow-cooker that is after browning the brisket and sweating the onions?

Agree. I've done that and it works fine. Just watch and make sure to not overcook. Newer slowcookers seem to get much hotter, even at the low setting.
