Is it possible to can peaches without any sugar? Has anyone ever done this and if so how is the quality and appearance when you use them?

I know some commercially canned peaches say on the label no added sugar. They are canned in their own juices.

How about freezing? You can be much more flexible -- canning has to be precise for safety.
