I have a question about the recipe "Grown-Up Birthday Cake" from Midge. Need to use up my coconut oil?Can I substitute the olive oil with coconut oil?If so,what would be the amount?

I have't made this cake, but based upon the wine in the recipe, which seems--based on comments--to come through, I'd be hesitant to use your coconut oil here. There are a number of recipes on the site that use coconut oil, though.
