Can you use vegetable oil instead of olive oil to make pizza dough?

The difference between oils is basically taste and smoke point (when it burns). Usually vegetable oil has a higher smoke point than olive oil so that shouldn't be a problem in the hot oven, but you will miss some of the nice flavor from the olive oil in your final product.
