I have tons of stewed tomatoes. Ideas on what to do with all of them?

I would puree and make a tomato soup with some fresh ginger and basil. This is a Ming Tsai recipe and it works well with canned tomatoes.

Can, make tomatoe jam, make into a fresh tomatoe sauce and freeze.
