If I make the topping for brushetta tomorrow night will it be good by weekend? that would 4 days later.
What's in the topping?
the tomatoes/basil/garlic. The stuff that goes ontop of the bread. I just don't know how long it will last and still taste good.
I would do it w/in a few hours of serving. The basil will start to turn black pretty quickly, and the tomatoes will start to get mushy.
yeah, do it the same day, as close to serving as possible.
