Black beans soaked too long?
I left a bowl of black beans soaking in water on my counter. Meant to cook them after 24hrs but life got away on me. 42hrs later they had collected a little foam on the surface of the water. Is it ok to rinse and cook them now? Should I have any safety concerns?
