For the cranberry sage pie (four&twenty bb recipe), could i substitute fresh cranberries for the 3/4 c dried if i don't have any dried fruit?

I would say yes but be sure to add a little bit (maybe 1/4 cup flour) to the pie to absorb some of the added moisture, as well as maybe 1/4 teaspoon tapioca powder to thicken it since there's so much more liquid in fresh cranberries than dried—think of all the liquid they let out in cranberry sauce! Good luck! And great pie choice :)
