Hello, I purchased a bag of arroz de Maiz, but there are no directions on the package. It looks a bit like grits. Any ideas on how to prepare it? Thank you

I've never encountered this before but arroz de maiz just means "rice" of corn flour. You could possibly treat it as you would grits and test it out in small portions to see what works. After that figure out the sugo or sauce or meatballs or sausage that you would like to match up with the taste.
