trout creek orchard pears

Please forgive me that this isn't a cooking dilemma, but we are looking for an alternative to Harry & David's pears to mail out to family we can't see for Thanksgiving. Has anyone ordered pears from Trout Creek Orchard Farms? (Mount Hood, OR) http://www.troutcreekorchard.com/
And if so, what did you think? Or do you have any other pear mail out recommendations?
