Should I peel potatoes for potato salad or not?

I'm making the Spanish Roasted potato salad on the website...to peel or not to peel, that is the question!

Thanks! I usually peel them but I am using small red potatoes...

If waxy potatoes (like red bliss, yukon gold, etc.)I say you dont have to peel.
