Has anyone experimented with vacuum pickling? I bought a simple vacuum sealer and have made a few batches(pickled fennel being the best so far), but I want major flavor. Any suggestions?

epicoryian - while I'm actually unfamiliar with vacuum pickling, I am experienced with creating pickle flavors. I'd recommend buying the book, The Joy of Pickling. Linda Ziedrich, the author, has some really tasty recipes. Once you're comfortable with adapting those to vacuum pickling, you should feel comfortable to experiment with your own flavors.
Let's settle this once and for all, shall we?
