You can buy the flaked pepper from Penzey's. Either brick and mortar depending on where you live, or else on line.

The Spice House online as well. I bought by first batch last week and I love it. They also stock the Food52 favorite Grains of Paradise.

Where do you live? I buy mine at Fairway (East coast) but have seen it at Williams-Sonoma and upscale, gourmet markets.
