I love to make mini quiches in muffin tins. However, there's an eggy mess after I remove them. Yes - I oil the pan well...What else can I do? It's a hassle to clean up! Thank you!

I'm not an expert on oil types... maybe a non-stick vegetable spray will work better than the oil you're already using. But you can't beat using a round of parchment paper fitted into the tin molds. You'll have to pleat them a little to fit into your tin's round shape. Even easier, just use a paper "cupcake" liner.
