Can all mac 'n cheese recipes be modified to make in mini muffin pans?

And you'll want to butter the tins very thoroughly . . . I learned that the hard way a few years ago. Such a great idea though, to make little mac 'n' cheese pucks. ;o)

Most can - did you have a recipe in mind? As long as the sauce isn't too runny, it should work out fine.
