I made an extra plum pudding. What is the best way to keep it until next year.
It's currently wrapped in cheesecloth soaked with brandy. It's in foil in the fridge. Should I leave it there or freeze it

So far, good...the cheesecloth and preservative (aka brandy).
I would vacuum pack it and pop into the freezer.
