Uyghhur food!

I have been craving uyghur food since returning from xinjiang in China. I can't find any recipes and I'm hoping that you guys have some Chinese Muslim recipes! Thanks!

Feel so lucky living in a city as diverse as Toronto and I also craved for Uyghur food after my trip to china but luckily we have several Uyghur restaurants in Toronto and one very close to me.
