Making Lefse

I've got a recipe for lefse (http://www.thekitchn.com...), but it starts from a given quantity of potatoes. I have a given quantity of mashed potatoes, however, and I started with small potatoes, not medium, so I'm unsure about how much flour to add for, say, one cup of mashed potatoes. Any good Scandanavian cooks here who could help me out? Thanks!
