Carol, I found this one on the Food Network -- it looks like a good recipe, and maybe is the one you lost? If it's not and you don't like the mustard part, just leave out the mustard. http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/tyler-florence/grainy-mustard-mashed-potatoes-recipe.html

Hi Carol! I can't seem to find a recipe that calls for cooking the potatoes in the dairy, though I'm still searching for you. For now, I'd take a look at our instructions on how to make mashed potatoes without a recipe: https://food52.com/blog/11703-how-to-make-mashed-potatoes-without-a-recipe. I think you'd be able to substitute the water in step 2 for cream/milk.
