The other nice thing about the California Olive Ranch everyday EVOO is that it is usually very easy to find-- I've seen it at major supermarket chains as well as smaller more "gourmet" markets.

Use a good California extra virgin olive oil. Nearly three quarters of the imported olive oils sold in your supermarket (or Trader Joe's) don't qualify as extra virgin. California Olive Ranch is a dependable label and certified by the California Olive Oil Council.
