ManyMany years ago, my mom would use up leftover, dried out cake/brownies etc. by adding it to pudding, much like a parfait. Haven't thought of this for years, but boy was it good. Us kids used to fight/trade dish duty so we could get the one with the most icing. Just might have to try it again.

When my kids were little, I often had a bag of cookie and brownie scraps (baking debris) in the freezer - instant crumbled topping for ice cream or pudding. Brownie pie crust also sounds great. Or grind them up to coat chocolate truffles, or instead of a chocolate shell for Tartufo.
As alflynn says, you might be able to soften some. I've had success with a clean tea towel in the bottom of a plastic container with matching lid, soaked with water, rack place over the soggy towel to keep the cookies In my case) from touching the towel. Cover tightly.
Since you have so many, maybe use a roasting pan and rack for as many as will fit, and then use the up-thread ideas for the rest.
Hmm, lots of interesting ideas here. This is based on Nina's idea above. Crush them finely and then mix with peanut butter or hazelnut butter and use as you would Nutella.
Make brownie butter! Process crumbs very finely in a food processor. Add a bit of warm water until a paste is formed. Slowly dribble in coconut oil or canola oil until the paste is smooth and the consistency of peanut butter. Use as a dip, spread or topping on ice cream.
I make ice cream balls...1. RUN YOUR BROWNIES THROUGH THE FOOD PROCESSOR (not too fine) 2. FORM VANILLA ICE CREAM INTO BALLS 3. ROLL THE BALLS IN THE CRUSHED BROWNIES AND DRIZZLE OVER YOUR FAVORITE CHOCOLATE SAUCE.
**you can freeze extra brownie crumbs
*** I don't know how hard your brownies are, but try putting one in a sealed plastic bag with a slice of bread and magic should happen....the next day brownie should soften!!
Along the same lines there's this ice cream place on the East Coast called Carvel's, where the big draws are the ice cream cakes. Partly because they had awesome characters like Fudgie the Whale, but mostly because in between the chocolate and vanilla ice cream layers they had these amazing crunchy chocolate crumbs. It sounds like if you turned the brownies into pretty large crumbs you'd have a reasonable facsimile. Although I guess you'd have had to have had a Carvel cake to crave the chocolate crunchies.
Ah, Fudgie the Whale...a true icon. Anyone remember the old commercials, narrated by Tom Carvel himself? "Please buy Fudgie the Whale." Delivered in a monotone, yet somehow oddly persuasive.
