Freezing enchiladas?

I have leftover enchiladas that probably won't get eaten. Do you think they will freeze well, and if so,how would you store them to freeze?

Vacuum sealed, if you have the technology, is the way to go. Corn tortillas tend to get mushy but, then, they usually are right out of the oven as well. It all still tastes delicious in a month out of the freezer and reheated in the oven for 45 mins!

Individually wrapped in plastic wrap, then in foil, and then placed in a ziploc freezer bag. Texture may get compromised, but worth a shot if the alternative is ditching it.
