I want to make bread pudding for a brunch but know I will have leftovers. Can I freeze the leftovers?

Sprinkle some white chocolate chips in it. Had it in Nawlins and still smile when I think of how good it tasted.

I never freeze it cuz there are never leftovers. I make giada de laurentis panettone bread pudding and it is fabulous.
