8 oz of pulled pork in cups?

I know a serving size of the pulled pork I'm going to eat tomorrow is 8 oz. Anyone have an estimate as to how much that would be measured by volume?

Pulled pork has a seeming size? Just kidding, but the rule thumb, no pun intended, is that a 3-4oz serving of meat is the size of your palm or a deck of cards. If your a portion/calorie counter, a food scale is only around $25 in most grocery stores or home stores.
