Is it possible to use these in my oven for salmon or other fish or will there be too much smoke? No window in kitchen. Anyone try this?

Not to mention the dead upstairs.
Does the kitchen have a vent/hood with a fan? If not, best to let go of this experiment. Unless you want the rest of the apartment to smell of smoke for a long long time or the fire department to show up.
If you want smoky, you could try rubbing the fish with some good quality liquid smoke or maybe rub with some smoked spices/salts
