Recipe for "Moroccan Guacamole" Toasts with Fried Egg calls for curing liquid. What is it? How to make / where to buy?

The recipe is referring to the curing liquid from the preserved lemons. Just add a little bit of the liquid from the jar of preserved lemons to taste.
