Step 2 duplicates Step 1. Oversight or s/b different info in Step 2?

Oops...I think step two s/b mix eggs and
sugar until pale yellow and a ribbon forms when you lift the beaters. Mix cooled milk mixture slowly into eggs so as not to scramble them. Then pour everything back into the pot and proceed.
