I would like to decorate cupcakes for my son's glass. How easy is it to pipe with cream cheese frosting? Do I need to use buttercream?

Hi Anne, I actually like to pipe cream cheese better than buttercream. I find that it's a little smoother. If it's too thick, don't be afraid to thin it a little to make it easier. It's all personal preference!
