I wish Provisions would carry As Pontis - they are probably the only organic EV olive oil made with the Manzanilla Cacereña varietal of olive (most are Picual, Verdial, or Arbequina), which has a very unique flavor profile. These olives are only grown commercially in Extremadura, and these are from the Sierra de Gata-Hurdes region in the north. Check it out here at http://www.aspontis.com/
