How long will the aioli last in the fridge?

I make my own mayo. I go by the expiration date of the eggs. My eggs come from very happy, healthy, pastured hens. When other people are eating my mayo, I make a fresh batch if it's more than 4 days old. I tend to be overly cautious when feeding guests. I'm sure your aioli would be fine if eaten within 5 or so days or longer if you are a brave soul like I am. :0)
