I'm making cake pops as place holders for my wedding, but two of my guests are allergic to chocolate! Can I substitute it with caramel?

I live in Italy, must be all natural ingredients that you find in ANY supermarket

help us answer your question. Are you talking about substituting for chocolate in the cake part of the pops, or in a frosting/glaze/topping or both?
