I am going to bread some chicken breasts for dinner and just realized that I don't have milk. Is it okay to just use the half and half that I have for the milk/egg mixture to help coat the chicken, or is it worth it to go out and buy milk?

Half & Half will be great.
Thank you so much! I didn't want to wreck the chicken!!
