any recipes for ground beef fritters

First I wondered if you were renaming meatballs. :) Then I googled. They are similar, but call for a little flour and baking powder along with eggs and parsely. They are formed into discs and deep fried. Tons of versions on the internet, but I didn't find one here in recipes.

By fritters, do you mean coated in a batter? Or in a dough, like hand pies?
