Ive successfully frozen crab and lobster canapes with perfect results. You will be fine-just think to the fish department in your store, king crab legs and lobster tails are there-frozen.
I'm sorry you haven't received an answer to this yet. Have you already tested them? The texture of the crab meat likely will be affected by freezing, but hopefully you won't notice it too much since it will be mixed with a number of other ingredients.
