I am looking for a recipe for pickled eggs. My Mother-in-law is OBESSED with them, and I want to make a batch for her for the Holidays!

I have been eyeing the pickled eggs from Elise Bauer at SimplyRecipes.com:

But haven't tested it. But Elise is pretty consistent with her recipes.
