I have a question about the recipe "Pumpkin Pie with Gingersnap Crust and Cinnamon Whipped Cream" from Fresh Beats, Fresh Eats. What kind of gingersnap cookies should I buy? The little, super hard ones?

That's what I would buy! (Actually, I'd buy Trader Joe's Triple Ginger ones, with little bits of crystallized ginger. They are fairly hard.) ;o)
Thank you Antonia! You are awesome :)

World Market has those good Swedish ones this time of year that would work - um, Nyanacker or something??
Yes, Abbie. So, so yes. ;o)
