I have a question about the recipe "Flourless Chocolate Cake" from Jestei. Can I use regular Valrhona cocoa powder in place of dutch processed cocoa powder?

Valrhona cocoa powder is Dutch-processed (I am almost positive that they don't make natural cocoa powder) -- so you should be fine to use it!
