Why dont you cook it, and turn it into a "Mahi" salad? To properly store this, take a bowl of ice, and lay the fish on some plastic wrap on top, place in the fridge. I never keep fish in the fridge for more than a day or so. Cooked, it will be fine, and youll find a great way to use it.
