I used Wiki's how-to page on chocolate, and now it won't harden. Help!

I guess I'm at a loss as to why you would go to wiki for guidance on chocolate as opposed to coming here to food52, or to a chocolate expert's site, such as Alice Medrich or Rose Levy Beranbaum.
