What can I substitute 1tsp of glycerine with? It's for a cupcake recipe
hmmm...is it for the batter, or the icing?
It's part of the gluten free cake mix, guess to keep it together. Would cornflour work?
Glycerine is liquid, so I think maybe vegetable oil, which is a fat and will add moistness, might be a good substitute. But hopefully someone who is more experienced with gluten free cooking has some more ideas. Good luck!
Thanks for the idea, am going to try it! X
