my crockpot chili is wat too spicy hot. Is there anyhting I can put in the pot to cool the spiciness?

After reading the suggestions, I cut up a large potato and put it in the pot about 2 hours before the chili was done. Also, I put in canned beans for the last hour and added the masa that comes with the 6 Gun Chili mix I used. It worked! The chili was still spicy, but pleasantly so. Thanks!
