If you keep them in the coldest spot- the lower rear corner, they should keep 3-4 days. I would nuke them, myself. Most often, if the pieces of seafood are few, i will nuke the sauce at high, add in the seafood and nuke on 30 seconds or so at med. In the case of your snails, i would likely pop them out of their shells while the sauce is nuking, and then add them and mix well. This will keep them from getting tough.
Typically 3-5 days is the max for any kind of meat; as for reheating, I'd say a quick sautée if they're shell-less, or low n' slow while covered if still in the shell.
