What would you do with left over baked Mac and cheese?

I would just be reheating it and eating it.

Excuse me, but what kind of person has left over mac n cheese?

i like to fry it and break it up in the no stick pan. get a little crust on it and add beaten eggs for a mac n cheese scramble.

Marinara sauce, Ranch, Red pepper aoli.

Would you use any sort of dip for these croquette type things?

It already has Panko on top of the casserole. Would that screw it up?

Cut your Mac n cheese into batonnets. Dip in a seasoned egg wash. Roll them around in
panko breadcrumbs then fry until golden brown. cheesey satisfaction
