I have made this multiple times and it's wonderful. I always make a half batch so nobody finds me at the fridge in the middle of the night scarfing the leftovers. It's. That. Good. It's best when made with Meyer lemons (if they are available to you) and be sure not to use ultra pasteurized. I wanted to use Organic Valley from grass fed cows. I didn't noticed it was UP until I was making it. That batch was my only fail.
