This is a fun blog. I enjoyed the article on induction, and there are some good options.
But… I didn’t see anything in the article that was 24”, and that is all the space there is in my sister’s condo. I know 30” would be easier, but there’s this wall on one side and this door on the other.
I’m sold on electric over gas also, especially because, in this tight space, there isn’t an outside vent over the stove and I can’t see how to put one in.
So, back to the original question: what are the good options for a 24” stove?
