I forgot to strain my ricotta

I was making canolli and forgot to strain my ricotta. I've already mixed it can I strain it now? PLEASE HELP...

You could just spread it flat on a paper towel lined plate to blot out any excess moisture. But this may also blot out some of the flavors. Check the seasoning (sweetness) after blotting and adjust.

Not sure what you mean by "already mixed it in". Into the shells? If so, there's nothing you can do.
