I am making a truffle honey whipped ricotta dip for crostini and I accidentally overwhipped the ricotta it is now watery and runny! What can I do to save it?!

Could use the liquify ricotta in a place where you’d usually use milk: for example, in a quiche or in a smoothie or milkshake.
