Can you freeze uncooked shish kabobs (raw marinated chicken and vegs: zucchini, mushrooms, peppers, onions)

The chicken will do very well. The vegetables won't. They will lose their structure and become limp. I freeze uncooked fresh vegetables all the time, but I use them for soups and stews.
