...t of ingredients has baking soda and baking powder listed - but only the powder is mentioned in the directions for preparing. Is the soda listed by mistake or should it be added at the same time as the powder. They look delicious

I don't think the mistake is in the ingredient list. I think it should just be included in step two when you mix in the baking powder. The exact same recipe appears that way on the author's website http://www.apt2bbakingco.com/apt2bbakingco/2013/09/apple-cider-donuts.html
